World Health Day

Mosquitoes, flies, ticks and bugs may be a threat to your health – and that of your family – at home and when travelling. This is the message of this year’s World Health Day, on 7 April.

Vector-borne Diseases in the Pacific

Vectors are small organisms such as mosquitoes, bugs, and ticks that can carry disease from person to person and place to place. Kick Dengue Out! Campaign

In collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Pacific office, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Youth and Sport in Fiji, the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) and Fiji Football Association have partnered to promote the “Kick Dengue Out of Fiji” campaign for the duration of the OFC Champions League tournament from April 7-15.
